Refund Policy | Sangeet Seekho

✏️ SAMPLE TEXT — please review and edit before going live. This is a general template, not legal advice. Consider having it checked by a professional.

This policy explains when refunds are possible for purchases made on sangeetseekho.com (“we”, “us”). By purchasing, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital products (eBooks)

Our eBooks (Fingerstyle Guitar eBook, Chord Modulation Theory and the Combo) are digital products delivered instantly by email and on the thank-you page. Because they cannot be “returned”, eBook purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered.

2. When we will refund an eBook

Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same product.
Access not delivered: you paid but we are unable to give you access within 72 hours of you contacting us.
Wrong amount: you were charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout.

3. Online 1-on-1 classes

Class fees are shared with you directly on WhatsApp before you pay.
[EDIT] If you cancel before your first class, you may request a full refund.
[EDIT] After classes have started, fees for classes already taken are not refundable. Unused prepaid classes may be refunded or carried forward at our discretion.
[EDIT] Classes missed without prior notice of at least [X] hours are counted as taken.
If we cancel a class, we will reschedule it or refund that class.

4. Failed or pending payments

If money is deducted but the payment shows as failed, your bank or payment provider usually reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days. If it is not reversed, contact us with the payment screenshot and we will help you raise it with Razorpay.

5. How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of the payment.
Include your name, the email used, the Razorpay Payment ID (starts with pay_) and a screenshot.
We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and typically reach you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
