What we collect
- Details you enter in our forms: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, age, guitar level, learning goals, preferred timing and messages.
- Order details: product, amount, and payment references from Razorpay (we never receive your card or UPI PIN).
- Basic technical data: pages visited and the advertisement or link that brought you here (e.g. UTM tags).
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, schedule classes and deliver eBooks.
- To follow up if a checkout was not completed (for example, to help with a failed payment).
- To measure and improve our advertising (see “Cookies and Meta Pixel”).
Where it is stored
Form and order details are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Sangeet Seekho. Payments are handled by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.
Cookies and Meta Pixel
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to understand which ads lead to enquiries and purchases. This may set cookies in your browser. When you buy, a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and phone may be shared with Meta to match the purchase to an ad. You can block these cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run the business (Google, Razorpay, Meta) or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by contacting us.
